During the early morning hours on Thursday, July 26, 2012 five search warrants were executed regarding an on-going investigation conducted by the Riley County Police Department, Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Department, Kansas Bureau of Investigation, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The search warrants were in reference to the distribution of methamphetamine.

The location of the search warrants included:

* 14780 Royal Circle Wamego, Kansas

* 1815 Denholm Manhattan, Kansas

* 2500 Farm Bureau Road Lot 230 Manhattan, Kansas

* 2500 Farm Bureau Road Lot 292 Manhattan, Kansas

* 2500 Farm Bureau Road Lot 274 Manhattan, Kansas

As a result, the following individuals were arrested:

 Ricardo Enrique Carrillo-Leyva (34y/o) of 14780 Royal Circle in Wamego, Kansas was arrested for the distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Pottawatomie County Jail.

Alberto Martinez-Banuelas (22 y/o)of 2500 Farm Bureau Road #230 in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangerment of a child. He was held at the Riley County Jail.

Kasey Delay (21 y/o) of 2500 Farm Bureau Road #230 in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangerment of a child. She was held at the Riley County Jail.

Fanulfo Rodriguez-Gumez of 2500Farm Bureau Road #274 in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Riley County Jail.

Luis Esteban-Rodriguez of 2500 Farm Bureau Road #274 in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Riley County Jail.

Laura Miller (31 y/o) of 1815 Denholmin Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of marijuana, klonopin, ativan, and drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Riley County Jail.

This investigation is still ongoing.
