On August 18th, 2012 at about 8:37 p.m. the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Dispatch received a report  of a roll-over accident East of Neuchatel Road on the Duluth Road, Rural Duluth KS.  Emergency responders who arrived on scene found  that the single occupant of the vehicle was deceased apparently having suffered injuries from the accident.   The vehicle, a 1998 Dodge Pickup had been travelling East on Duluth Rd, when it left the roadway resting on it's top in a field to the North of Duluth Road.  The driver of the vehicle, 51 year old Timothy Graf of Rural Onaga was pronounced dead at the scene.
