DRUG SEARCH WARRANTS
  

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office  with the assistance of the Wamego Police Department executed a search warrant at 402 Valley, Wamego on August 31st, 2012. As a result of the search warrant, Michael Ralph Ippert age 28 was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

On the 13th of September, 2012 the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office  executed a search warrant at the address of 11024 Legion Drive Apartment C, in St George KS. As a result of this warrant three individuals from this residence were arrested; Drew Horchem, 21 year old male was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. Ashley Adams, 24 year old female was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp. Sheldon Burton, 21 year old male for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp.

On the 28th of September 2012 Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office along with the St Marys Police Department and the assistance of the Kansas Highway Patrol executed a search warrant at 311 South Grand Avenue, APT 13 in St Marys KS.  As a result of this warrant, three individuals were taken into custody; Lacey Peters a 26 year old female of this residence,  arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school. Stuart Ostrom (address unknown), a 24 year old male, arrested for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school. Kevin Gordon of St.Mary's a 35 year old male arrested of St.Mary's was arrested for distribution of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school.
